Acceptance

By creating an account and using un/charted, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

un/charted is a personal activity mapping tool. It allows you to visualise your GPS-based activities from Strava or uploaded files on a private map. The service is provided free of charge during beta.

Your data

You own your data. We store it on your behalf to provide the service. You can delete it at any time. We will never claim ownership of your GPS tracks or activity data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Upload files containing malicious code
• Scrape or automate requests in a way that disrupts the service
• Share your account credentials with others

Strava integration

Use of the Strava connection is subject to Strava's Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Strava data complies with Strava's policies.

Availability

un/charted is provided as-is during beta. We make no guarantees of uptime or availability. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, un/charted is not liable for any loss of data, indirect damages, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
